Safe, fast, and completely transparent processes for you

• Deadline: Right to exchange within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
• Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused, with full packaging and tags.
• Process: Contact us, send the parcel via courier, and once we inspect it, we will send you the new product.

• Deadline: Purchase cancellation and refund request within 14 days.
• Refund Method:
  • Stripe / PayPal: Refund directly to your card or account.
  • Cash on Delivery (Geniki Taxydromiki): Refund via bank transfer to an IBAN you will provide to us.
• Completion Time: Within 3–5 working days of receipt and inspection of the products.

• In the event of an exchange or withdrawal due to customer preference, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• In the event of a defective product or an error on our part, costs are borne entirely by us.
